Property Owners Association

The Coin du Lestin Property Owners Association is a volunteer group which maintains the common areas of our unique waterfront neighborhood, including its members only boat launch.

The Association also serves as a common ground for neighbors to come together to discuss other neighborhood issues.  Full Association membership is essential to preserve the beauty of Coin du Lestin, and to further its impressive history of growth in property values.


Marina/Boat Launch

One of the great features of our waterfront neighborhood is our boat launch!  The launch is available to any paid member of the Association for personal and family use.  Keys to the launch gate are changed annually to maintain reasonable access control.  The Association Treasurer handles the keys and collection of dues and other membership enrollment duties.   Read about getting the New Key!

Current Events

We love to socialize!  Crawfish boils....neighborhood parties....cleanup days....Santa on the Bayou.  Coin du Lestiners have great fun together.

Regular general Association meetings are held, usually at Tammany Yacht Club, 1196 Harbor Dr. Slidell (above Phil’s Marina Cafe).  Guest speakers and local officials often speak at these meetings to help keep everyone informed of important issues that relate to life here at edge of the Gulf.
