Legal Covenants  Coin du Lestin is protected by strict legal covenents that define various building parameters and restrictions on how property in our neighborhood can be used and developed. These covenants have the force of law and can be enforced at any time by any Coin du Lestin property owner(s). New construction and modifications to exiting properties must be in strict compliance with these covenants. The map shows the boundries of the 5 phases.
